Abstract

Dynamic Testing is characterized by a connection of testing and intervention within the diagnostic pro- cess. This connection should enable testers to derive information about learning potentials and the need for instruction. This information seems to be partic- ularly relevant in the context of educational plan- ning. Therefore, dynamic testing might be an im- portant contribution to traditional diagnostic ap- proaches in educational assessment. In the paper at hand, the basic concepts of dynamic testing are ex- plained and discussed in the light of educational rel- evance in inclusive education.
