Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH) has broad based research capabilities in the field of sustainability. Across all faculties, research is conducted and results are published on the various Sustainable Developments Goals (SDG). The Unimagazin, which is published by the Presidential Board, also provides an overview of LUH’s scientists’ research activities.

A number of issues of the Unimagazin have already reported on the various LUH projects and research topics that are related to sustainability. The Unimagazin title "Mission 2031: Thinking the Future, Acting Sustainably" is devoted entirely to sustainability research at LUH.
