- Abstract
This paper reports a new method for organic photovoltaic (OPV) fabrication by using the electrochemical synthesis of different transition metal oxides (MoO3, WO3, ZnO, TiO2,V2O5) and polymers (PEDOT:PSS, P 3HT). Especially two materials are presented: MoO3 and PEDOT:PSS. The integration of this procedure in a roll-to-roll (R2R) process enables the production of a low-cost OPV with high efficiencies.
