Abstract

The transition from linear economy to circular economy is necessary to counteract climate change and ensure a more efficient use of resources. The design of factories is not only faced with new challenges and requirements but also needs to comply with the changing demands on products, e.g. to ensure they can be dismantled. This article presents an initial approach that can be used to identify requirements from the circular economy on factories.
